What You'll Do as a Senior Transportation Project Manager
- Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients.
- Successfully lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects.
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing.
- Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members.
- Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact.
- Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
- Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
- Maintain knowledge of design software for effective team collaboration.

Requirements
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Masters).
- 10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including project management of DOT-funded highway and bridge projects.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it.
- Proven client relationship and business development skills in transportation sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation, and Familiarity with NYDOT or PennDOT design standards.
