• Own & Build: Take charge of core services, write clean and scalable code, and influence architectural decisions.

• Set the Bar High: Champion coding standards, thorough testing, and top-tier code reviews.

• Mentor & Elevate: Guide junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and lead internal workshops.

• Optimize & Improve: Spot performance bottlenecks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and push for smarter tooling.

• Advocate for Maintenance: Identify and address technical debt, making the case for long-term stability.
