Responsibilities
- Ensure your Restaurant portfolio generates significant monthly revenue by selling TheFork solutions to Restaurants
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Provide support via email and phone to your client portfolio, assisting with positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing
- Set up action plans with Sales and Marketing; collaborate with the Marketing Restaurant Offer team to develop promotional plans (Festivals, Special offers, YUMS, SUPER YUMS) to optimize offers for users
- Negotiate favorable conditions to help restaurants optimize margins and increase seat occupancy
- Monitor compliance with T&Cs and quality policies to guarantee excellent B2C user experience
- Provide support and training to use our tools
- Capture user requirements and work with other departments to improve product relevance of TheFork websites and apps
- KPIs include (but are not limited to): monthly restaurant revenues, promotions across portfolio, participation in TheFork Festivals, YUMS and SUPER YUMS programs, total restaurants retained
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in account management or a relevant role
- Native-level French and fluent English
- Fully computer literate with Google Suite and Salesforce
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and target-driven
- Knowledge of revenue management issues
- Comfortable with phone conversations and negotiations
- Analytical and creative, able to offer the best solutions
- Ability to build trust and develop business relationships
- Autonomous with KPI-driven work style
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter who adapts quickly in fast-paced environments and aims for outstanding sales results
You can Impress With These Additions
- Experience in internet/tech field
- Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales
- Experience handling a high-volume portfolio (40–50 outbound/inbound calls; 600–1000 accounts)
