A well-established food ingredient company is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities. This role requires 5–10 years of B2B food sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. The position offers a gross annual salary of €70,000 – €80,000 plus bonuses and allows for remote work within Continental EU after onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial network in the fruit and ingredient industry.
Senior Account Manager / Business Developer – IQF Fruits & Fruit Purées
Position based in Zundert, The Netherlands, or remote, depending on profile and strategic relevance of the candidate’s network.
Willingness to travel (20–30%) for client visits, trade shows, supplier meetings is essential.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic clients and develop new business opportunities across Europe and internationally.
The role includes both sales and sourcing responsibilities, with a strong degree of autonomy and ownership over customer accounts and supplier relationships.
