As a (Senior) Account Executive, you’ll be one of our very first commercial hires based in France, focused on selling towards enterprise sized companies in France. This role reports to the Manager, Industry Sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a solution and value based sales process from prospecting to closing the deals of large/enterprise corporate accounts (2000+ employees) of Kahoot! 360 in France.
• Primarily building new business, with some up-sell and cross-sell.
• Build and execute strategic plans for supporting world’s leading companies within the assigned region.
• Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that creates revenue quarter over quarter.
• Effectively manage and communicate with C-level stakeholders to identify & align with client’s business goals and objectives to drive high value solutions and results.
• Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and drive the sales process of Kahoot! at Work suite.
• Work closely together with our Customer Success team, Pre sales team, and rest of the commercial teams to ensure high value business outcomes for the customers.
• Utilise HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in value based new sales closing roles within the SaaS industry, involving sales to large and enterprise-sized clients in France
• Proven track record and motivation for building net new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong business acumen and ability to be both strategic and hands‑on with your accounts.
• Excellent negotiation skills - ability to engage the customer in a strategic dialogue, aiming to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills, fostering trust and maintaining positive, long‑term partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ambitious, self‑driven, and adaptable, with a growth mindset—able to evolve, thrive in the face of challenges, and excel in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
