A fast-growing tech company in Boulogne-Billancourt is looking for a proactive SecOps & IT Engineer to join their Cybersecurity Team. The ideal candidate will help design, operate, and improve IT and security systems while collaborating closely with security, IT, and DevOps teams. Responsibilities include evolving IAM strategies, ensuring infrastructure performance, and enhancing security posture through automation and monitoring. Qualifications

• First successful experience in a similar role, including internships or apprenticeships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and initial experience of IAM within a company.
• Python proficiency and scripting experience.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design, operation and continuous improvement of IT and security foundations.
• Strengthen security posture, automate controls and improve operational efficiency.
• Assess and evolve IAM strategy for least-privilege access.
• Manage access lifecycle for employees and partners.
• Ensure performance and high availability of end-user infrastructure.
• Coordinate internal IT evolution projects.
• Contribute to governance across IT and security domains.
• Collaborate on detection, analysis and resolution of security alerts.
