A leading construction software company in Joinville-le-Pont is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead their sales development team. The role involves managing a team, developing effective sales strategies, and communicating seamlessly with the sales force. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales development within the software or construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. This is a full-time position requiring in-office presence for at least four days per week.
