Qualifications

  • 2–5+ ans d'expérience en systèmes SCADA, automation ou contrôle.
  • Expérience pratique avec des outils SCADA.
  • Compréhension des protocoles de communication.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et implémenter des systèmes SCADA.
  • Programmer et tester des systèmes PLC/RTU.
  • Fournir un support technique et maintenance préventive.

Connaissances

About the Company

Our client is a leading renewable energy and power infrastructure company, specialized in the development, construction and operation of solar, wind and smart grid projects.
As part of its growing digitalization and performance program, the company is hiring a SCADA & Automation Engineer / Technician to support the design, commissioning, and maintenance of control and monitoring systems across its portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the automation and control team, you will be involved in the full life cycle of SCADA and control systems for renewable energy and grid facilities:

  • Design, configure and implement SCADA systems for solar plants, wind farms, and substations (WinCC, Ignition, PCVue, Panorama, Citect, etc.).
  • Program and test PLC / RTU / IED systems and ensure integration with plant equipment.
  • Develop and customize HMI interfaces for real-time data monitoring and alarms.
  • Integrate industrial communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 60870, IEC 61850, DNP3).
  • Conduct FAT/SAT testing, on-site commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance and analyze operational data to improve reliability.
  • Provide technical support and preventive maintenance for automation and SCADA systems.
Profile
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial IT.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in SCADA, automation, or control systems – ideally in energy, utilities, or industrial environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with one or more SCADA tools: WinCC, Ignition, Schneider, Siemens, PCVue, Panorama, Citect, etc.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, IEC 104).
  • Familiarity with HV/MV electrical systems is an advantage.
  • Network / IT basics (VPN, routing, remote monitoring) appreciated.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Good technical English required (French is a plus).
