Une agence de recrutement IT recherche un(e) gestionnaire de projet expérimenté(e) basé(e) en France. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 20 ans d'expérience en SAP, dont 5 ans en tant que manager de livraison, et une expertise démontrée dans la mise en œuvre de SAP S/4HANA. Vous serez responsable de diriger une équipe, résoudre des problèmes critiques, et garantir la documentation du projet. Une connaissance de la méthodologie agile et des certifications SAP sont préférées. Le poste est en mode hybride.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 20+ ans en SAP, avec 5 ans en tant que manager de livraison.
• Doit avoir géré deux mises en œuvre SAP S/4HANA complexes.
• Doit maîtriser la méthodologie agile et SAP Activate.

Responsabilités

• Diriger l'équipe client et résoudre les problèmes critiques.
• Examiner les matériaux du projet et fournir des commentaires.
• Fournir soutien à la comitée de pilotage.

Starting : ASAP

Scope of the position

• Responsible for directing our client's team and resolving critical issues/escalations among the team and with the customer
• Review Project materials and provide feedback to align it with customer expectations
• Ensure the client's expertise & gold standards in all areas of the implementation is incorporated in the Project results
• Provide support to the steering committee in all necessary areas of responsibility
• Stimulate thorough stakeholder management to ensure provide high visibility of the project progress
• Liaises with the Client Program Manager team to review progress and resolve issues/escalations
• Chair the steering board meetings and will facilitate key decisions/milestones
• Responsible to provide guidance and coaching to the Project management
• Facilitate quality control reviews and governance across different teams, customer
• Secure overall Project materials and delivery against the plan (human capital and financial resources)

Experience

• The candidate should have managed and delivered at-least 2 large, complex SAP S/4HANA (1909, preferable) implementations for large global customers in Chemicals & Mining, Industrial Products industries as a Program Manager/Account Executive
• The candidate should have experience in owning SAP Implementation initiative by taking overall responsibility for driving it towards a successful implementation
• Must be experienced in S/4HANA greenfield implementation, designing global templates, deploying and rolling out solutions across multiple entities / countries
• Experience with working with a multi-cultural offshore team in large projects (60+ team members) and with a culture where team members are working remotely
• Strong experience in managing stakeholders expectations and difficult situations to ensure the project objectives are met

Additional Skills

• Must have 20+ years’ SAP experience, with at least the last 5 years as a delivery manager/program manager for large SAP implementations
• Must be approachable and work cohesively with other team members for the required deliverables.
• Experience in S/4HANA greenfield implementation or designing global templates, deploying and rolling out solutions across multiple entities / countries
• Knowledge/experience to SAP Activate methodology and agile best practices highly preferred.
• SAP/Architect/TOGAF certification (preferred)
• Preferred to be French, Arabic speaker.
