A company specializing in payment solutions in Lyon is looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to manage candidate journeys from sourcing to onboarding. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and French and have experience in high-volume recruitment. This isn’t a back-office resourcing job. You’ll be on the front line - speaking with candidates all day, guiding them through each step of the process, and pitching them the opportunity to join a vibrant, growing myPOS sales community. From sourcing and screening to preparing offers and onboarding, you’ll own the entire candidate journey. You’ll also partner closely with our Territory Managers, keeping them connected with the right talent at the right time.
This role is about more than filling roles - it’s about shaping how we scale, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every candidate walks away with a positive experience of myPOS.
