The role

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy sales leader with a proven track record motivating and inspiring the established sales team to deliver results selling our Products, Solutions and Services Portfolio to large private accounts.

The successful candidate will have previously played a key role in transformation activity, possess excellent customer relations and have a wide-ranging talent network.

Sales Deliverables
  • Oversees overall customer satisfaction, sales revenue and profitability for her / his district
  • Provides approvals and pricing guidelines for highly competitive opportunities or escalate accordingly to the processes
  • Together with the his / her team, supports all aspects of sales activities, including complex deal structuring and forecasting
  • Drives the sales of hardware, software, and solutions through direct customer (and / or channels) and regional sales team contacts to increase revenue and profitability
  • Recommends, develops and deploys programs to drive sales and meet overall corporate initiatives and objectives
  • Develop the partners’ ecosystem to accelerate the business development of her / his team
  • Establish, consolidate, develop a strong network of relationships with clients, partners, opinion leaders, TPI (independent advisors).
Management / Leadership
  • Manages 8 sales team members with respect to Corporate guidelines, Company Ethics and Values to fulfil sales needs
  • Responsible for the team achieving quota while delivering results related key strategic initiatives
  • Manages top line and margin
  • Sets performance expectations and provide team members with clear sales direction and vision.
  • Conducts annual appraisals; regular progress reviews; identify and correct poor performance.
  • Coaches, develops and encourages team to achieve beyond expectations
  • Forecast district business accurately and timely
  • Handle multiple demands with competing and changing priorities calmly and professionally
  • Share information and proactively work business problems with relevant customer / company employees
  • Team with all relevant company functions (HR, Legal; Finance, Sales OP, Commercial…) to achieve the business objectives
  • Gathers all functions within the country around Customer satisfaction and cross-function collaboration to best achieve her / his goals.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in selling IT, preferably in product and solution sales
  • Ability to demonstrate strong thought leadership on future IT-trends (Cloud, Big Data, IoT) and with knowledge of local partner eco-system
  • 5+ years as individual contributor with proven sales success
  • 5+ years leading direct sales teams resulting in successful quota attainment
  • Relationships and experience selling through Channel Partners and technical partners(eg VMware, etc…)
  • Work under minimal supervision on complex projects
  • Customer and Business Orientated at Executive level
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Foster a growth mindset with strong focus on winning as a team
  • Strong written / verbal communications skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
