At Semtech, our EMEA ICs Go-To-Market team is a group of passionate and talented sales and technical professionals. Together, we sell ICs while growing revenues and building deep customer relationships, bringing unique technical value to our customers.

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join this team, reporting to the Director of Sales, South Europe. You will be responsible for Key Major OEMs, support our Manufacturing Rep partners, and work across our distribution channels to expand our reach in South Europe. What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, identifying key customers and opportunities across the South Europe region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in line with EMEA objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, leading cross-functional teams (Product Management, Finance, Legal) to deliver winning proposals.
  • Drive channel partners to align with company strategy through regular reviews and training.
  • Conduct quarterly rep and distributor reviews to ensure continuous regional growth.
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years semiconductor sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales enablement platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a collaborative, international environment.
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian or Spanish a plus.
