Are you a commercial leader with a passion for driving sales excellence in the medical device industry? We’re hiring a Sales Director to lead strategic growth across France and the Benelux region for a fast-growing, mission-driven global healthtech company.

This is a confidential opportunity to join a high-impact, international commercial team, reporting directly to the SVP of International Commercial. You will play a key role in scaling sales operations, optimizing client relationships, and leading high-performing regional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a regional sales strategy across France and Benelux
  • Manage and grow a network of distributors and direct partnerships
  • Coach and develop a results-driven, multicultural sales team aligned with global goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders across the region
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at major industry events and conferences in the region
About You
