Qualifications

Role

Ruminant product manager F / H

Permanent contract, Saint Malo (35), France

You will be part of the ruminant team within the technical & marketing department. As Ruminant Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our ruminant product portfolio through a combination of technical support, scientific collaboration, and marketing leadership.

Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support to Sales
    • Provide expert technical support to regional sales teams, distributors, and key accounts.
    • Drive customer training, technical presentations, and field trials to demonstrate product value.
    • Analyze market feedback and field data to guide commercial strategies and product improvements.
  2. Science & Innovation
    • Collaborate with universities & research partners (eg. Centre Mondiale de l'Innovation) to support the innovation pipeline.
    • Contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of R&D projects focused on ruminant health and nutrition.
  3. Strategic & Operational Marketing
    • Quantify market potential and identify key growth opportunities by geography and production system.
    • Support the development of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and channel tactics.
    • Develop technical marketing materials, product documentation, and promotional tools in coordination with the marketing team.

Willingness to travel (~30%).

Qualifications
  • Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related field; Master\'s or PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in ruminant nutrition or animal health, preferably in a technical or product management role.
  • Strong understanding of the North American livestock industry; international experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
