Key Responsibilities
Personnel Management
  • Develop and implement daily management standards and processes for store staff.
  • Plan recruitment according to business development and store needs.
  • Manage onboarding, transfers, and terminations; ensure timely communication with HR team.
  • Identify training needs and design targeted training programs for store staff and management trainee.
  • Collaborate with HR to organize and deliver training sessions; empower staff based on training outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of staff performance in efficiency and service quality.
Operational Efficiency Enhancement
  • Set actionable and measurable store and individual sales targets, including goals for value-added services and inventory turnover.
  • Analyze key business metrics (daily / weekly / monthly GMV, mobile sales, etc.) to identify opportunities, issues, and risks.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales target achievement progress.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks; coordinate with relevant departments to create and implement improvement plans.
  • Promote and manage value-added services such as installment payment, trade-in programs, and warranty services.
  • Conduct regular and random store inspections to ensure operational compliance.
  • Oversee store health management and maintain high standards of retail execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in consumer electronics or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent people management and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English and French; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
