Your mission

Within the Business Unit Operations, particularly at our Avène production site (34), we are recruiting our future Procurement Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Manager of the site, you will ensure the procurement of components by managing suppliers and monitoring performance.

More specifically, you:

• Guarantee and monitor the procurement of Raw Materials, Packaging Items, and Consumables in the necessary quantities and timelines to meet production plans and provide visibility to planning,
• Ensure the availability of new components during new product launches,
• Manage and control our stock levels of components,
• Coordinate the procurement department's relationships with various stakeholders,
• Optimize your scope's performance by integrating cost, quality, and lead time considerations.

Additionally, you will have managerial responsibility for a team of 5 employees and will be tasked with:

• Maintaining team spirit and fostering a collaborative work environment,
• Translating operational objectives within your scope to your team, ensuring alignment with interface teams,
• Assessing your team members' potential, developing their skills and performance,
• Using best management practices and tools provided by the Group,
• Exemplifying the Group's values and ethics as a manager.

Who are you?

You hold a Bac+5 level degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment.

You have significant team management experience.

You are proficient in MS Office and SAP or equivalent software.

You speak English fluently.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication within your team and the development of strong, efficient relationships with suppliers and partners.

Your rigor and ability to prioritize are well established.
