Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the early-stage development lifecycle for multiple hyperscale projects.
• Oversee due diligence, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.
• Coordinate planning and permitting processes, engaging with consultants and local authorities.
• Support land acquisition efforts, advising on constraints and risks.
• Act as the key interface between clients and delivery partners.
• Monitor and report on programme, budget, and risk during pre-construction stages.
