Responsabilités

• Guide new clients through a seamless 4‑week onboarding process.
• Act as the first point of contact for hoteliers, handling questions and resolving issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring necessary tools and support.
• Assist with on-site client visits and design/delivery of training sessions.
