A global agricultural solutions firm is looking for a proactive Territory Manager to provide sales and product support in the Western Corn Belt area of the US. This role involves developing account plans, managing customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to maximize product offerings. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of experience in crop protection sales, and strong communication skills. Compensation ranges from $86,500 to $134,100 annually, based on geographic market and experience.

Qualifications

  • 3 years prior experience in crop protection sales or related agriculture field.
  • Comfortable operating in an agile environment.
  • Ability to travel overnight 70% of the time.

Responsabilités

  • Responsible for sales and support to individual customers in assigned territory.
  • Develop annual budget and forecasts.
  • Build information in the Sales Force tool to support each account managed.
