Job Description

This is a remote position.

Are you looking for an exciting challenge that will accelerate your growth as an engineer? We’re hiring an experienced C++ Engineer with strong expertise in Qt and 3D geometry to help build cutting‑edge applications in a global, fully remote environment.

Join Scopic, a team of 250+ professionals across 60+ countries, working on innovative software products and solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development using modern C++.
• Strong skills in 3D geometry, mesh processing, and related algorithms.
• Experience with Qt (Qt Widgets and/or Qt Quick) for building desktop application UI.
• Experience with 3D scanners: understanding of data acquisition workflows, calibration procedures, hardware integration.
• Experience with algorithms such as mesh stitching, mesh alignment, ICP, deviation analysis.
• Experience with 3D processing libraries like PCL, MeshLib, Open3D.
• Experience with performance optimization (including multi-threading).
