A Swiss B-Corp company is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Golf & Turf Equipment in Southern Europe. This role involves customer engagement, managing a dealer network, and training partners to optimize sales and product knowledge. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in selling hardware, preferably with agronomic expertise. The position requires excellent communication, leadership skills, and autonomy, with travel expected within the commercial region.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in selling or consulting for hardware equipment.
  • Agronomic knowledge related to turf management, weed control, or phytosanitary products is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

  • Communicate with customers and regularly visit them to generate sales.
  • Lead and develop the Ecorobotix dealer network.
  • Train and coach partners for commercial execution.
  • Manage the order process and sales pipeline.
