Role Overview

As a BCS BUS Account Executive, you will be a core member of our client services and travel planning team. You will oversee key client relationships, develop group travel proposals, and support our overall sales efforts. Creativity, adaptability, and strong account‑management skills are essential for coordinating and selling bespoke travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of key clients: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate, private, and high‑value accounts, tailoring group travel solutions to their unique needs.
  • Proactive engagement: Anticipate client requirements by tracking upcoming events, corporate travel cycles, and preferences to propose new offerings.
  • Client retention & satisfaction: Deliver consistently high‑touch service; oversee follow‑ups, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of the client experience.
  • Sales & marketing coordination: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling services.
  • Travel planning & design: Plan and deliver personalized bus charter solutions for events, tours, or VIP travel.
  • Pricing & proposal creation: Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure profitable yet competitive pricing structures.
  • Destination & industry knowledge: Maintain up‑to‑date understanding of transportation regulations and trending destinations.
  • Vendor & partner collaboration: Liaise with partner vendors to enhance overall itinerary and secure preferential rates.
  • New client development & sales: Prospect & outreach to identify and connect with potential new clients and present BCS Bus solutions.
  • Networking: Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and local business events to generate leads.
  • Relationship building: Engage with industry contacts to expand BCS Bus's reach.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3–5+ years in travel planning, account management, or sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in group travel, luxury bus charters, or transportation – a strong plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with group travel, charter logistics, and relevant booking platforms or CRMs
  • Knowledge of GDS and travel tech tools is a bonus
