About the location

Apline chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who set out to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

The Spa Receptionist / Therapist / Attendant is in charge of welcoming, assisting and advising our guests when they arrive at the Spa or when they make a telephone reservation, in order to offer guests a pleasant, efficient and professional welcome in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do

Spa Receptionist

• The Spa Receptionist must be qualified and experienced in reception and service, demonstrate good team spirit, and have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of an upscale clientele.
• Responsible for making telephone reservations in line with Four Seasons standards. Must be familiar with the full range of treatments in order to describe them sincerely and authentically and to advise guests in the best possible way.
• Keep the lobby and juice bar clean and tidy.
• Work in close collaboration with the hotel's various departments. Organizational skills are also key.

Spa Therapist

• The Spa Therapist performs all massages in the cabin, whether for the face or the body. They advise guests on the various treatments offered at the Spa and sell the range of products presented and used during massages.
• Maintain the cleanliness of their cabin within the allotted time.
• Maintain constant contact with guests and reflect the SPA's image and Four Seasons' values at all times.
• Respond to external requests from Spa guests and have good knowledge of the hotel and opening hours of outlets.

Spa Intendant

• Acts as an ambassador for the spa, guiding guests on a tour of the facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.
• Ensure guest security and relaxation; respond quickly to issues and resolve problems.
• Set up the spa on opening and closing shifts; maintain men’s and women’s changing rooms, restock linen and lockers, and clean and maintain showers, sauna and hammam.
• Serve tea in the relaxation room and refresh beds as needed. Juice bar setup includes preparation of ginger tea and regular restocking (fresh and dried fruit, tea, coffee, fresh cocktails, etc.).
