  • Inspect all deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, quality, and accuracy.
  • Process incoming goods, ensure correct invoicing, and maintain inventory records.
  • Proactively manage receiving activities, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with delivery collection and storage, maintaining the loading bay.

Job Description
  • Inspect all deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, quality, and accuracy; reject damaged or incorrect items.
  • Process incoming goods, ensure correct invoicing, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Proactively manage receiving activities, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with delivery collection, storage, loading bay upkeep, and support stores, cellar, and purchasing as required.
  • Continuously review processes to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Carry out additional duties or provide cover in other departments when needed.
  • Report and address hazards immediately; comply with all safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure emergency procedures are practiced and enforced.
  • Maintain a safe environment by complying with laws and promoting health and safety awareness.
