We are looking for our next Reliability, Maintainability, Availability (RAM) Manager in Villeurbanne.
Take on a new challenge and apply your Reliability, Maintainability, Availability, and Testability expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and innovative teammates.
You’ll make a vital impact by leading a team of 12 RAM engineers and steering all RAM activities from tendering to operations, ensuring the best architectures are defined to meet performance and customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project and program teams, engineering experts in System, Hardware, Software, Verification & Validation, Cybersecurity, and Safety), collaborate with departments like Bids, Procurement, Installation, Warranty & Maintenance, and engage with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
You’ll specifically take care of managing your team’s workload and balancing their skills, as well as ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery of RAM activities for bids, projects, and programs.
