Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie et 3-5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la qualité, souhaitant développer des produits répondant aux normes de qualité strictes. Tarkett Sports Europe comprises 200 employees, 1 production site, €142 million in revenue, and over 5,000 fields installed across Europe, including several prestigious references such as: FC Barcelona, Lille OSC, Real Betis, Chelsea FC, Bournemouth FC, Tele2 Arena, Clairefontaine National Training Centre, FC Lausanne, Racing 92, Connacht Rugby, Ulster Rugby, LOU Rugby and many more.

As part of the Plant Management Committee and reporting to the European Operations Director, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards internally and managing European customer complaints.

Quality Management:

  • Draft and implement procedures related to the quality of manufactured products

  • Ensure defect libraries are kept up to date

  • Train operators on Quality procedures and recording documentation

  • Supervise laboratory activities (managing one technician)

  • Lead the plant's Quality action plan

  • Participate in projects led by the Projects & Process Engineer

  • Validate improvements or modifications in the production process

Customer Complaint and Warranty Management:

  • Oversee the European customer complaint management process (including production from our Serbian facility)

  • Handle complaints for the Auchel (France) plant and coordinate those from Backa Palanka (Serbia)

  • Conduct site visits to customers if needed; manage communication with Customer Service and Sales networks

  • Validate corrective actions to prevent recurrence

  • Organize and lead monthly Quality meetings with the sales network

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical support for installation and claims to our installation teams and customers

  • Manage two installation experts (1 in France, 1 in the Netherlands)

Continuous Improvement:

  • As a member of the plant's leadership team, actively contribute to action plans (HSE, productivity, planning & supply, etc.)

  • Organize continuous improvement and working groups involving team members, and provide training when needed

  • Ensure your team implements and adopts WCM tools (KAIZEN, 4D, 8D, etc.)

Profile :

  • Engineering background with 3–5 years of experience in quality/customer satisfaction management in an industrial setting in the automotive, plastics, textile, construction materials, or other process industries.

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Interest in products and technical on-site support for customers

  • Autonomous, rigorous, organized, enthusiastic, and responsive

  • Familiarity with problem-solving tools and Lean Management

  • Proficient in IT tools

  • Fluent in English is essential

Occasional travel required.
Position based in Auchel (62), France.
Salary based on profile.

Position Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)
