Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform quality checks as required by QA management.
• Maintain open communication with line supervisor.
• Monitor production for GMP violations.
• Calibrate or verify monitoring equipment as needed.

Job Qualification

• Pass Basic Math Test to demonstrate ability to perform simple math calculations and follow simple instructions. 80% is passing score.
• Good Attendance is required.
• No significant disciplinary warnings with the past 6 months
• History of good communication skills with hourly personnel and management as an Alatrade employee.
• Must be able to lift tubs/cases of products ( up to 70 lbs.)
• Must be able to climb a ladder to inspect equipment.
• Proficient English Communication (written and verbal).

Job Requirements

• Perform Quality Checks as required by QA Management or Lead. This may involve weight, thickness, length, width, and temperature checks. Label review, prototype product quality / conditions, packaging condition, and equipment condition may also be part of checks.
• Maintain open communication between line supervisor and QA Management.
• Provide feedback to line supervisor and QA Management on any food quality and safety concerns, even if products does not fail limits.
• Monitor production area and personnel for GMP violations.
• Take immediate action based on QA Hold Procedure and HACCP / SSOP programs when product / production area does not meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Calibrate or perform verification checks on monitoring equipment as required by QA policies.
