In this role, you will ensure the reliability, consistency, and overall quality of complex software solutions by applying strong QA methodologies and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, validating fixes, conducting various types of testing, and contributing to quality improvements across the development lifecycle. Accountabilities

• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and validate fixes in multi‑tier web application environments.

• Document test results clearly and track issues to ensure full visibility of QA activities.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses and partner with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Contribute to defining and improving QA standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Particip team meetings and communicate effectively across functions.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset in various work situations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual testing.
• Experience with LibreOffice testing is required.
