The France Publisher Operations team is part of Content Operations and partners with leading broadcasters, media groups, digital publishers, entertainment companies, movie studios, sports and news organisations. The team’s mission is to drive content growth and scalability on TikTok by supporting key partners in maximising their presence and performance on the platform.

Role Overview

The Publisher Manager will oversee a portfolio of content partners, supporting them in optimising their use of TikTok and increasing their content output. This role is focused on accelerating publisher growth through strategic guidance, short‑form video optimisation, and the execution of key projects and initiatives aligned with team objectives and product priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management : Manage a portfolio of locally managed publisher accounts, contributing to their development and success on the platform. Deliver tailored recommendations for product usage to create strong non‑monetary value.
  • Strategic Partner Guidance : Act as the main point of contact, advising partners on content strategy, product features, and IP optimisation to enhance performance and visibility.
  • Operational Support : Handle ad‑hoc partner requests such as data analysis, content recommendations, coordination with technical support, and account verification.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships by providing personalised support aligned with partner needs and objectives.
  • Cross‑Regional Collaboration : Work closely with Central and Regional teams to support accounts based in the region, ensuring alignment with broader strategies, performance insights, and relationship management standards.
  • Business Reviews & Performance Tracking : Contribute to quarterly business reviews and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive overall business performance and strategic outcomes.
  • Partnership Development : Support negotiations for new content partnerships and assist with onboarding new publishers to strengthen content diversity and enhance user experience.
  • Monetisation Acceleration : Help implement strategies aimed at boosting publisher monetisation and sustainable growth on the platform.
  • Product Adoption : Ensure partners fully leverage TikTok’s tools and features, driving increased efficiency and content performance.
  • Publisher Feedback Management : Collect and relay partner feedback on challenges and priorities to Central and Regional teams to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of work experience in similar industry
  • Has experience in partner management, preferably within sports / news / digital platforms
  • Comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders and working with data - Experience working with sports / news broadcasters and rights‑holders.
  • High written and oral proficiency in French and English is required to engage with local business partners
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Sports interest / passion and knowledge of how sport content is consumed on platforms.
