A leading ad technology firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, product demos, and deal closure. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in programmatic monetisation and a strong understanding of related technologies. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to attend industry events in France. The ideal applicant is a self-starter eager to drive business success.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad-tech fields.
  • Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies.
  • Proven track record in business development within a services-driven environment.

Responsabilités

  • Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners.
  • Manage teams responsible for media buying and publisher partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across France.
  • Conduct meetings via various communication platforms with prospective partners.
  • Deliver compelling sales and product presentations.

  • Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners
  • Manage teams responsible for media buying and publisher partnerships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
  • Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across France
  • Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
  • Apply effective sales techniques to uncover client needs and match them with relevant solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
  • Manage negotiation processes primarily through email
Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic monetisation or related ad‑tech fields
  • Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
