A leading financial institution in Paris is looking for a cross-functional control officer to join their Regulatory Reporting team. In this role, you will produce monthly prudential statements, maintain controls, and handle stakeholder requests. You should have a higher education degree in finance or audit, familiarity with the banking regulatory landscape, and data processing skills like Power BI and SQL. The position offers a hybrid work option and is suited for collaborative, analytical candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in regulatory reporting or a similar control function.
• Mastery of the banking regulatory environment and data governance.
• B2 level English proficiency.

Job Description

You join the Regulatory Reporting team within the Metrics Calculation and Reporting department as a cross-functional control officer. The team’s role is to produce, monitor, and certify periodic statements, prudential reports, and resolutions on the Natixis perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Produce the monthly prudential and periodic statements (COREP, RUBA, ANACREDIT, ANATRITRES, PROTIDE…)
• Define, execute and maintain level 1.2 controls during and outside of closing periods (certifications, cross report controls…)
• Certify states and provide analytical review;
• Identify and track corrective actions (data quality, IT or process issues);
• Update procedures and operating modes;
• Handle internal or external requests from stakeholders, including BPCE, the Internal Inspection and regulatory authorities (Banque de France, AMF, BCE, JST);
• Contribute to projects (regulatory developments, department projects…)

You master English with a B2 level.
