Job Title: Project Manager – Low Voltage

Location: Chantilly, VA

Pay: $85-95k

Position Summary: Anistar is seeking an Experienced Project Manager with low‑voltage expertise.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Experience with communication cabling, supporting WiFi, DAS, AV, and Data Center technologies.
• Experience using leadership skills to manage and motivate field personnel.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with voice and data infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, labor and material cost budgets, ensuring project completion schedules and cost budgets are met. This may include multiple projects simultaneously based on size and duration.
• Manage multiple employees across different projects.
• Identify and initiate work‑around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with voice and data infrastructure.
• Experience with communication cabling, supporting WiFi, DAS, AV, and Data Centers (preferred).
• Experience using leadershipחרות to manage and motivate field personnel.
• Industry related certifications such as PMP certification, Project Management Methodology certification, BICSI certification, HR, personnel management, cost accounting, finance, scheduling, and construction management (preferred).
