As a key leader, you will be responsible for a variety of project management tasks as well as motivating team members.

At Sutunam, we specialize in developing web applications and eCommerce solutions. Since 2010, we have established ourselves as top Open Source System integrators and consultants.

We design, develop, and maintain online applications using Open Source solutions such as Magento2, Drupal, PrestaShop, and custom development with Symfony, Laravel, Zend for clients across various industries including retail, automotive, FinTech, AI, and administration.

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager who will serve as a key leader. You will oversee project management activities and motivate team members.

Requirements

• Experience in leading projects, preferably in an IT environment;
• Enthusiastic team player with initiative;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, sociable, and proactive;
• Knowledge and/or experience in IT is mandatory;
• High responsibility with confidential information;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).

Key responsibilities include:

• Define project scope and provide clear instructions to design and development teams;
• Drive discussions on integrating web applications with third-party services;
• Communicate project objectives and success criteria;
• Create and revise project work plans;
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities;
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Develop solutions meeting customer needs;
• Lead client meetings;
• Develop quality assurance processes and testing;
• Manage risk plans and mitigation strategies;
• Resolve project priority conflicts;
• Select appropriate development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
• Coordinate engineering responses to product requirements;
• Develop and monitor project plans and metrics;
• Manage daily project activities;
• Experience with Symfony, Magento, Drupal, and WordPress is a big plus.
