Join Euroapi to lead the business development and sales of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Our team serves customers in over eighty countries, promoting, growing and optimising the sales and margin of Euroapi's portfolio. Project Management Officer

The PMO supports the Commercial Operations team by driving project governance, ensuring operational excellence, and transformation program, enabling the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, Business Intelligence and Manufacturing, the PMO drives project governance, enhances operational performance, and ensures that commitments to clients are delivered with excellence, transparency, and regulatory discipline.

This position offers the opportunity to influence how commercial commitments are made in a highly regulated, fast‑growing CDMO/CMO and competitive API Solution environment. It is a strategic role that strengthens customer trust and centricity, improves operational performance, and supports the long‑term growth of the Commercial Operations organization.

Operational Excellence

• Propose and implement actions to improve our commercial performance
• Support initiatives related to process optimization, digitalisation, and operational efficiency within Commercial Operations.
• Contribute to harmonising workflows across sites or business units in a multi‑plant CDMO environment.
• Drive adoption of project management tools and best practices across the organisation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics related to project execution, capacity utilisation, and commercial performance. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Education / experience

• Master's degree and 10+ years leadership experience
• Proven experience in project management or PMO roles (within the pharmaceutical, chemical, API, or CDMO industry if possible)
• Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory frameworks, and the operational constraints of API manufacturing.
• Proficiency with project management tools and data‑visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
• Expert ability to manage complex projects and achieve significant business results
• Strong analytical mindset, organisational discipline, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
• English/French, other languages are a plus
• Leadership and ability to take immediate decision to faster transformation
