Description du poste

Finality Level 1: Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve performance in security, quality, cost, time, and environmental aspects, and train productivity personnel.
Level 2: Integrate and initiate new processes within the plant, ensuring compliance with technical and economic objectives, as part of the Launch Leader missions in SMART DEV.

Level 1 Responsibilities:

  1. Train personnel and ensure technical skill deployment: Train relevant staff in processes, work methodologies, and tools; support deployment and capitalization of skills at the site.
  2. Ensure process/product productivity: Manage technical database, define/write procedures, design production line layouts, create and validate time sequences, develop and optimize processes, improve workstations, schedule maintenance, enhance equipment reliability, propose technical innovations, validate modifications, negotiate with external providers, validate inspection means, define work-in-process and packaging solutions, optimize packaging, ensure ergonomic compliance, troubleshoot quality issues, and apply production standards.

Level 2 Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate new product/process integration: Define necessary plant means, participate in project meetings, lead FMECA workgroups, support PFMEA, write specifications, produce capacity documents, manage supplier relations, create technical data, develop process adjustment sheets, program equipment, conduct flow and layout studies, perform station/time studies, compile manufacturing documentation, and oversee production start-up and incident resolution.

Purpose:

Level 1: Analyze and optimize existing processes for better performance and train staff.
Level 2: Integrate and start new processes aligned with technical and economic goals.
