What the Role Entails

As a global publisher, Level Infinite offers tailored services for games and development teams around the world. We are known for publishing hit games like PUBG MOBILE and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and collaborating on titles such as V Rising, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Dune: Awakening, Nightingale, and more.

We are seeking a Production Director experienced in developing well-known games, with full project participation and a background in managing relationships with multiple game studios.

The responsibilities include:

1. Leading production efforts and overseeing the entire tech gate review lifecycle from inception to post-launch support.
2. Planning and leading project schedules, milestones, and prioritization with stakeholders.
3. Managing resource and budget planning in collaboration with the finance team.
4. Developing scalable processes for scheduling, prioritization, and problem-solving to ensure quality standards.
5. Staying updated on industry trends and methodologies to foster an outstanding production culture.

Who We Look For

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience in team management to achieve goals.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines, especially for AAA titles.
• Knowledge of localization, QA, submission, and build processes.
• Experience managing relationships with multiple international game studios.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity, with a drive to establish structure within production.
• Proficiency in English for stakeholder communication is a plus.
