Ce rôle nécessite une expertise en gestion de projet, une forte expérience dans les dispositifs médicaux, et une compétence en engineering, le tout pour aider à transformer le domaine de la santé.

Qualifications

• 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans les dispositifs médicaux.
• Expérience en gestion d'équipe et en développement de produits.
• Connaissance des designs modernes de l'UI et de l'ergonomie UX.

Responsabilités

• Gérer le cycle de vie du produit et la communication avec les clients.
• Piloter les programmes de développement avec l'équipe de gestion de programme.
• Maintenir la planification de programmes et gérer le portefeuille de produits.

Your principal Missions :

Voice of customer throughout the product lifecycle

• Understand and develop customer journey maps
• Liaison between external customers, marketing, systems engineering and feature development teams
• Work with feature teams to establish product and feature definition and helps in establishing the Definition of Done
• Manage and refines project backlogs
• Orchestrate a tight feedback loop with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assumptions and designs are continuously validated
• Direct the use of modern UX approach and design patterns and the elimination of usability errors through solid HF engineering
• Own the Product Owner and Development Guidelines
• Collaborate with upper management, external customers, functional and technical leaders in establishing and maintaining product and technology roadmaps and backlogs
• Scope and plan product releases in support of company goals and roadmaps

Program Management

• Work with Program Management Team in piloting Development Programs
• Establish and maintain program planning
• Use feature interdependencies, critical path analysis, project risk management to drive programs and communicate status
• Maintains budget and program KPIs
• Keeps the organization abreast of pertinent program news, developments and progress
• Manages the product portfolio, and the office of program management
• Ensures that Ways of Working (WoW) for group and all subdisciplines are defined and respected

PROFILE :

• Training : BAC+5 in engineering at a Sr. Level as a Field Clinical, Biomedical or MedTech Systems or other relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience : 5 years of minimum in medical devices in direct collaboration with physicians and patients as a member of a development team. 5 years managing teams engaged in program management, product ownership and or systems engineering.
• Technical Expertise :
• Senior level engineering competence in Product Ownership and Portfolio Management in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Human Factors and Usability Engineering and Testing; intimate knowledge of 62366-, associated process and deliverables
• Knowledge of modern UI design patterns and UX ergonomics
• Systems Engineering as applied to efficient process and product development
• Program Management with a track record of multiple product deliveries
• Keen understanding and demonstrated competence in establishing, implementing and maintaining agile development across functional disciplines
• Languages : English and French fluency (written and oral)
• Travel : US and Europe.
