Job Description :

Direct to Consumer (DtoC) scope includes all the different business models into which the company sells directly its products to end consumers (stores, outlets, website, etc.). BI & Data Retail projects require collaboration with various business teams (supply, merch, planning, finance, DtoC distribution, etc.) to support and guide them in specifying KPIs and BI reports that enable insights and decision-making to enhance their work and maintain the company's profitability and competitiveness.

THE JOB : As IT Product Owner – Retail BI & Data projects, you:

• Work with business teams to define their BI and reporting needs, guiding them to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making.
• Define business objects and KPIs, ensuring the data glossary is shared across teams and entities.
• Write project specifications and refine them into work items within the project backlog following agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with the IT Business Partner to identify relevant data sources for KPI computation.
• Coordinate with Data Engineers to integrate data, validate data quality, and ensure consistency.
• Work with Data Analysts / PowerBI developers to incorporate business needs into shared semantic models and PowerBI reports.
• Train business teams on how to interpret PowerBI reports and derive insights.
• Educate teams on using PowerBI for data exploration and ad hoc requests.
• Follow up with business teams to ensure report usage and recommend adjustments as needed.
