Product Owner – Corporate Banking

Location: Paris (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for corporate banking products
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value, risk, and client impact
• Work closely with IT, UX, operations, compliance, and front-office teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
• Ensure delivered solutions align with corporate banking processes, controls, and regulatory standards
• Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in corporate banking
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products (e.g. loans, trade finance, cash management, payments)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with core banking systems or large-scale transformation programmes
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting corporate banking
• Experience working in international or matrix organisations
• Certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe
