Une maison de luxe française recherche un Product Owner pour accélérer sa stratégie omnicanale. Le candidat idéal pilotera des équipes variées en respectant la roadmap, tout en travaillant sur l'expérience client après-vente. Il doit avoir une solide expérience dans le domaine du web/e-commerce, des compétences en méthodologie Agile, et une maîtrise de l'anglais. Ce poste se déroule à Paris et offre une opportunité unique de contribuer à l'innovation de la marque.
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Omnichannel, le/la Product Owner participera à l’accélération de la stratégie omnicanale de la Maison Christian Louboutin en prenant en charge le développement de l’expérience client « Aftersales », soit l’ensemble des interactions clients suivant un achat en ligne ou en boutique (Mesure de la satisfaction, retour et échange, entretien et réparation).
Piloter plusieurs équipes pluri-disciplinaires (technique front et back, business, content, finance, logistique) en mode Agile, en respectant la roadmap définie :
