Overview

Welcome to GolfMore

GolfMore is building the operating system for modern golf clubs. Evolving from Probox24, we now power driving ranges, kiosks, simulators, vouchers, and a 360,000-user mobile wallet across 18 countries. We’ve recently welcomed a private equity fund as a shareholder, backing a multi-year roadmap and international expansion — which means serious career runway for the right Product Manager.

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on, technical Product Manager to take over a significant portion of the product leadership, partnering closely with the CEO and CTO. You’ll own the roadmap end-to-end, act as the bridge to our engineering teams, and ship high-quality releases across mobile (React Native) and web (Club Admin, operations tools).

Work setup: This is an office-first role in Ry, Denmark. Most of your time will be on-site, with flexibility for occasional home working.

What you’ll do
  • Own the roadmap: Define strategy, OKRs, and quarterly priorities; keep a tight, transparent backlog.
  • Bridge business & engineering: Translate market/customer needs into precise specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive integrations: Lead partner/API integrations (tee-sheets, payments, access control, IoT) — map data contracts, auth, error states, and SLAs.
  • Orchestrate delivery: Facilitate planning, standups, release trains, and incident/rollback playbooks with engineering leads.
  • Instrument & learn: Define metrics, set up tracking (events, funnels), run experiments, and report impact.
  • Customer discovery: Talk to club managers and golfers, conduct interviews and usability tests, and visit clubs and ranges.
  • Partner enablement: Coordinate technical docs, change logs, sandbox/test plans, and integration playbooks with partners.
  • Internal alignment: Work tightly with Support, Ops, Sales/Success, and Marketing to ensure smooth launches and handovers.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical and business priorities.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Figma).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
  • Background in software engineering or systems/solution architecture.
  • Domain exposure to payments, booking systems, or access control.
  • Danish or another Scandinavian language (English required).
Why join us
  • Backed to scale: PE investment + strong PMF = ambitious roadmap.
  • Breadth & impact: Mobile app, Club Admin, kiosks, simulators, vouchers, and range systems used daily in multiple countries.
  • Real ownership: Lead initiatives end-to-end and see them live at clubs across markets.
  • Pragmatic culture: Builders who value momentum, reliability, and craftsmanship.
Perks & benefits
  • Delicious lunch program
  • Modern office facilities in Ry (bright spaces, focus rooms, meeting rooms, great gear)
  • In-house coffee bar with excellent espresso
  • New tech gear
  • Office-first flexibility
