A global leader in medical solutions is seeking a Market Development Leader for the New Cardio team in France and Belgium. The role involves executing localized marketing strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing product development activities. Ideal candidates should possess a BSc and Master’s in Marketing or equivalent, with at least three years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in French and English is required, along with a willingness to travel 10–20%.
The core objective of this position is to lead the New Cardio in France and Belgium, ensuring the achievement of divisional goals and objectives. The role focuses on driving business growth through market intelligence, competitive analysis, product positioning, marketing plan development, product launches, and training, in close collaboration with the sales organization and EMEA.
