A renowned gaming company based in Bordeaux is seeking a Product and Tech Flow Manager to join their transformation team. The ideal candidate will optimize product lifecycle processes, improve operational efficiency, and promote cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have extensive experience in managing product flow at scale while understanding Agile methodologies. Fluency in English is required. The position offers a hybrid work model and 25 days of paid leave.

ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Product and Tech Flow manager, you will join the Transformation and Project team, made up of 8 people, whose role is to create an optimal working environment for product and tech teams by putting in place all the means necessary to facilitate strategic decision-making. It aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and adaptability within product, engineering and cross-functional teams.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

Product and tech Flow Optimization
  • Design and implement standardized frameworks for the entire product lifecycle
  • Develop structured processes to accelerate the transition from ideation to market launch
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the product development process
  • Contribute to the implementation of the performance framework through the definition of appropriate metrics
Product & Engineering Alignment
  • Optimize work processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Establish rituals to foster smooth collaboration
  • Contribute to the definition of roles and responsibilities within product/engineering teams to ensure clear and rapid decision-making
Data-driven approach
  • Implement a system of relevant metrics to assess product flow performance
  • Integrate analysis tools into the decision-making process
  • Develop a culture where data drives product evolution and improvement
Cross-functional collaboration
  • Build bridges between product, engineering and other departments
  • Facilitate the sharing of information and expertise across the organization
  • Facilitate cross-domain work sessions to solve complex problems
Tools Ecosystem
  • Select and deploy tools to facilitate product flow management
  • Optimize the use of tools to maximize team productivity
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have experience managing product flow at scale and understand Agile/Lean methodologies
  • You can design complex processes and analyze flow metrics (lead time, WIP, time to market)
  • You combine strategic vision with pragmatism and can simplify complexity
  • You lead through influence, communicate excellently, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • You're passionate about product and engineering excellence with a constant desire to improve
  • And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝

If your application is shortlisted, Marine will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Virginie Cador, Head of transformation and project, your future manager, followed by Lionel Klein, VP engineering.

Finally, Marine will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
