An engineering solutions provider is seeking a Process Designer to establish technical drawings and write specifications for bidding. This role involves managing execution with external partners and following construction. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in equipment and process design, fluency in French, and strong prioritization skills. Candidates familiar with software like AutoCAD are preferred. The position is based in Amiens, Hauts-de-France, France.

Qualifications

• Prior Project Management experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Equipment and Process design strongly required.
• Fluency in French required, understanding of technical English.

Process Design

About the Role

Establish all end-to-end technical drawings for the process scope (P&ID, 3D model, Isometric, Equipment list). Can propose alternative ideas to accelerate schedule, reduce cost. Is involved in Design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Write the technical specification for future bidding with external partners.
• Provide cost estimates.
• Involve in all technical clarification with external partners.
• Manage execution via external partners (construction phase).
• Follow the construction (technical team to support also).

Required Skills

• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to drive the process.
• Ability to work with a range of people, personalities, cultures, and across multiple levels in business organizations.
• Able to influence people based on expertise and experience resulting in win-win situations.
• Previous experience with Project Management roadmap is preferred.
• Previous experience with Equipment and Process design is strongly required.
• Previous experience with Clean Design implementation and validation is strongly required.
• Fluency in French, can understand English (technical).
• Self-managed, reliable, strong principled and able to function on your own most of the time.
• Can formulate a course of action and initiate.
