A leading real estate developer is seeking an analyst / associate based in Paris. The successful candidate will analyze acquisition opportunities and support asset management for a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing presentations, and collaborating with different teams. A Master’s degree and a strong understanding of real estate investment are required, along with fluency in French and English. Qualifications

  • Good understanding of Real Estate investment markets and metrics.
  • Minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience for an analyst position.

Responsibilities of the Role covering France

  • Analyze real estate acquisition opportunities of all asset classes (office, residential, industrials, retail…) and participate to the underwriting and due diligence process.
  • Support in asset management of TS portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal or external use (lenders, investment committees, investors, prospective buyers, …).
  • Undertake in-depth market research and analysis to determine appropriate underwriting assumptions.
  • Update/maintain internal market database.
  • Collaborate with the other functions within TS (property management, asset management, construction, legal and tax).
  • Update financial models of TS portfolio to facilitate internal decision.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting campaign and reforecasting in coordination with property management, design & construction, leasing and accounting teams.
  • Work on active leasing campaigns involving tours with potential tenants, drafting of LOIs and lease negotiations.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns.

Required Skills / Experience

The candidate will interact with colleagues throughout the organisation and therefore should be articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels, including senior management.

Required for the role is:

  • Master degree required from leading Engineering School, Business School or University.
  • A good understanding of Real Estate investment markets and metrics.
  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience (incl. internship) for an analyst position, and two years of experience (excl. internship) for an associate position.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in financial modeling and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Good team work player and ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Good listening skills and responsiveness.
  • Well‑organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluent French and English ability to understand and communicate, verbally and in writing in both, additional language is a plus.
