We are seeking a Power System Engineer to join our clients' team and contribute to the planning and analysis of renewable energy and electrical grid projects in Finland and internationally. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the energy sector, influencing how electrical grids are designed and how they will operate in the future.

Depending on your skills and interests, your focus can range from network analysis and technical design to providing expert support in projects. Work is flexible, with the option to operate remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting electrical grid studies to ensure network efficiency and reliability (e.g., load flow, reactive power capacity, fault current, and component load/sizing calculations).

• Developing, maintaining, and analyzing network information models.

• Interpreting and reporting calculation results to support project planning.

• Collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and customers.

• Preparing technical documentation.

• Contributing to the development of electrical grid design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medium- and high-voltage grid calculations and design.

• Strong knowledge of grid structures and operating principles.

• Familiarity with renewable power plant equipment.

• Proficiency in network analysis tools such as PowerFactory, openDSS, PSCAD, or PSS/E.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A systematic, precise, and proactive work style.

• Fluency in English language.
