Mercy is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Surgical Obstetrics to join our thriving practice in St. Robert, Missouri! We are experiencing incredible growth and demand in the region. St. Robert is part of the Ft Leonard Wood, Waynesville, and Rolla area, located halfway between St. Louis and Springfield on I-44.

Mercy Family Medicine with Obstetrics St. Robert Offers:

• Guaranteed annual salary of $300,000, with compensation focused on quality metrics, allowing for adequate time with patients and a strong focus on relationships.
• Up to $100,000 recruitment bonus package based on location.
• Family Medicine with Surgical OB - C-Section/OB Fellowship required.
• OB Call of 1 in 3 or better.
• Primary care nurse team for in-basket message support.
• Use of Microsoft Dax and other AI technologies for efficiency and significant improvement in work/life balance.
