Role Overview
- Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers – Independent Contractor, Remote
- Commitment: ~20 hours/week
- Duration: 5 weeks
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a leading AI research lab to design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems.
- Design realistic shopper profiles and high-quality prompts for product-recommendation tasks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI systems using rigorous evaluation rubrics.
- Create retail assets such as inventory scorecards and product-content libraries.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and recommendations.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying, merchandising, or e-commerce.
- Expertise in trend spotting and brand benchmarking.
- Proven ability to translate shopper needs into product recommendations.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Engagement Details
- Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
- Lucrative bonus structure: Top performers can earn $5k+ in bonus payouts
- Status: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous
- Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
