About the Job

We are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrative Specialist to join the Levi’s Human Resources Department at our Paris office.

You will be responsible for processing payroll and producing administrative documents for employees working in our retail locations across France (retail and department stores). You may also provide support to the Payroll team based in Belgium.

Responsibilities

Payroll and Benefits – 80%

  • Administer payroll in collaboration with our current provider (ADP)
  • Coordinate absence management (paid leave, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and workplace accident declarations, in liaison with the provider
  • Manage health insurance and life / disability coverage administration
  • Respond to employee queries via email
  • Act as a liaison between employees and external providers / organizations

HR Administrative – 20%

  • Generate employment contracts in compliance with deadlines
  • Issue employment certificates for current and former employees
  • Ensure that onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility files are complete and that all necessary documents are issued in a timely manner (hiring documents, contract amendments, end-of-contract documents, etc.)
  • Oversee the scheduling and tracking of mandatory medical check-ups, in collaboration with the HR Assistant
  • Ensure data accuracy in Workday
About You
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector
  • Knowledge of ADP DECIDIUM (Payroll & Queries) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong command of both French and English
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with others in remote work environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

This is a hybrid position based in our Paris office. You will be expected in office minimum 3 days per week. Time in office can vary depending on business needs.
