Your role as a Payroll Accountant with French Language Skills

As our new Payroll Accountant, you will become a key part of the Finance Department and take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture (P&C) team as well as external payroll providers, ensuring smooth payroll operations across multiple countries. You will be responsible for booking payroll entries in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as managing reconciliations and compliance processes.

Your responsibilities
  • End-to-end payroll processing for employees in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and France
  • Payroll booking and reconciliations in Business Central
  • Communication with tax authorities, pension providers, and other relevant institutions
  • Ensuring employee master data and payroll records are accurate and up to date
  • Handling employee inquiries about payroll and taxes – in French, Danish, and English
  • Coordinating with external payroll providers and internal teams, especially P&C
About you
  • Have solid experience with payroll processing – ideally across both Danish and international contexts
  • Speak and write fluent French and English (our company language)
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Have experience with payroll systems and best practices
  • Are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems; Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy being part of a supportive team
